Kolo mee is a
common enough dish found in Sarawak and is one
the favorite noodle dish of many locals. This light yellow egg noodle
consists of lard, char siew (barbecued pork) sauce and black vinegar. Minced pork or beef is often added, although you can
request the dish without it. the Kolok Mee is available for breakfast,
lunch and even supper! (Note:
